Design

The Infinix Hot 10i is a compact smartphone by today's standards. It has a light weight and comes in several colours - black, purple, green and blue. Its back is two-tone textured with a horizontal dividing line. The device feels nice in the palm. It is non-slip and not too big. The coating on the back panel ensures reliability. You can use the Infinix Hot 10i with one hand without a problem.

The device comes with a transparent plastic case that you can use as you wish.

The fingerprint scanner is positioned on the back of the Infinix Hot 10i. It is easily accessible and pleases with its speed.

It is noteworthy that Infinix does not strive to strictly follow market trends. The bezels around the display are quite thick. However, this does not obscure the good impression of the model's compact dimensions and well-positioned control buttons.

Display

The smartphone is equipped with a 6.52-inch display with a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels. The aspect ratio is 20:9. While the pixel density is low, the picture quality is decent. You'll be able to enjoy browsing the web, social networking, using a variety of multimedia content, even gaming.

Performance

The Infinix Hot 10i runs Android 11 Go and the XOS 7.5 interface. The optimized version of the operating system is perfect for the budget device. You get Google Go apps that are lighter and use less of the memory, mobile data, etc. The user also has gaming mode, dark theme and other advanced features available.

Under the hood, the Infinix Hot 10i has a MediaTek Helio G25 processor (2x2.0 GHz Cortex-A75 & 6x1.7 GHz Cortex-A55) combined with a PowerVR GE8320 graphics core, 2, 3 or 6 GB of RAM and 32, 64 or 128 GB of internal storage. The manufacturer has also provided a memory card slot in case you need more free space for photos, videos, music, etc.

The Infinix Hot 10i does well in gaming on medium settings. You will also highly appreciate its capabilities in performing the usual daily tasks - checking email, surfing the web, social networking, YouTube, etc.

Cameras

The Infinix Hot 10i has cameras with modest specs. However, the device will do the job of anyone who does not expect professional-level footage. The rear camera is 13-megapixel and includes a QVGA module, while the front is 8-megapixel. Several features are available including AI camera, beautification, portrait, AR photo, HDR mode and more.

With the Infinix Hot 10i in hand, you'll be able to capture videos in Slow Motion and at a maximum resolution of 1440 pixels at 30 frames per second. With more patience and practice, you can create quality photos and videos both day and night. The device is equipped with a night vision option, which clears the noise somewhat.

In terms of selfies, don't expect too much. The budget-friendly Infinix Hot 10i hasn't been developed with these in mind.

Autonomous operation

As mentioned earlier, the Infinix Hot 10i boasts a large battery. Its capacity is 6000 mAh. With heavy use, you can count on more than 8 hours, and with a standard load - a day, a day and a half. The drawback is the absence of fast charging technology. A full battery recharge requires just over 3 hours.

An 18 W charger comes with the smartphone.

Conclusion

Infinix Hot 10i is a modern looking smartphone from the low price range. It is lightweight, comfortable to use with one hand and has a compact design. Its solid performance ensures smooth use of modern apps and games. Its main advantages over competing models on the market include long autonomous operation, a lightweight operating system and ample storage. Plus, you can always expand it. However, consider carefully which modification will benefit you the most. If you like to take photos and videos, don't hesitate to choose the most memory.
