Design

Nokia g20 is a great smartphone. Two things contribute to this - its screen diagonal and its battery capacity. The manufacturer has tried its best to make the device comfortable to use. That's why the Nokia g20 is thin and light. It feels pleasantly heavy in your hand. Its weight is under 200 grams.

The back panel of the device is made of plastic with interesting patterns. Thanks to this, it does not slip in your hand.

Display

Nokia g20 has a large 6.52-inch display with a resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels, IPS matrix and oleophobic coating. The dimensions of the device allow you to hold it comfortably in one hand as well as carry it in your pocket. The display takes up almost the entire front of the Nokia g20. For beauty, a teardrop-shaped notch is offered, which houses the front camera.

In the display settings, you can adjust the white balance and activate night mode. The latter is special, it changes the color gamut to a warmer one as evening falls. This reduces the strain on the eyes and makes it easier to adjust for sleep.

Nokia g20 has a screen on which you will enjoy watching videos. The smartphone is perfect for reading, gaming, surfing the web, using social networks and more.

Performance

The smartphone is based on MediaTek Helio G35 chipset and PowerVR GE8320 video accelerator. The RAM is 4 GB and the internal storage is 64 or 128 GB. Nokia has provided an option to expand the latter using a memory card slot. All this allows Nokia g20 to cope perfectly with everyday tasks. Most games on it run without a hitch.

Moreover, you should know that the device runs Android 11 operating system at the factory without any upgrades from the manufacturer. The system is simple, light and laconic. It works fast.

While talking about the performance of Nokia g20, we must mention two other advantages of the model- the fingerprint scanner and NFC support. The scanner is embedded in the start button of the smartphone, on the right side of the device. It is placed at a convenient location which the user will appreciate appropriately.

Nokia g20 also features splash and drop protection. Therefore, it will survive even if you talk on it while it is drizzling rain outside.

The NFC module for payments is a desirable feature in recent times. It is often absent in mid-priced smartphones, but to our pleasant surprise, we see it in the Nokia g20. Google Pay is also provided.

Cameras

The cameras on the rear panel of the Nokia g20 grab attention from the very first moment. In recent times, the main camera has three or four modules. We find a similar solution here. Already the placement of the modules suggests an original approach. The main camera of the Nokia g20 is 48-megapixel. You will take the most photos with it. The second module is ultra-wide-angle, 5-megapixel. With it, you'll enjoy perfect landscapes. The third camera is 2-megapixel and is tasked with taking macro photos. Finally, we have a 2-megapixel sensor for depth measurement.

The front camera in turn is a single, 8-megapixel one. It will delight you with the quality of the selfies.

For its price, the Nokia g20 will delight the user with decent quality photos and videos. The device also offers a beautiful screen to view them on.

Autonomous operation

The battery of Nokia g20 has a capacity of 5050 mAh, which meets the modern standards. If most smartphones offer a full day of usage without recharging, in this case you get 2 days of autonomous work available here.

A 10 W charger is provided for the device.

Conclusion

Finally, we need to outline what are the main pros of Nokia g20. First, it is without a doubt the large and high-quality display. Secondly, we have a large battery that provides up to 2 days of autonomous work. Thirdly, you have USB-C and NFC module. A mini jack is provided for the headphones. Fourth, the pure Android 11 is optimized for the device and you can count on two years of system update.

Let's not forget the cameras. The four modules of the main camera give ample opportunities to take original and impressive photos and videos.

Last but not least, you'll love the Nokia g20 for its compact size, quality craftsmanship and balanced features.
