Design

Black, blue, red and green - these are the four main colors in which you can find the Galaxy A20s in the market. The dimensions of the smartphone are 163.3 x 77.5 x 8 mm, which automatically means it will lie comfortably in your palm. You won't even feel it in your pocket. As for the weight of the Galaxy A20s, but it is only 183 grams.

Unlike previous models in this series, the body is made of a blend of plastic with a glossy surface. It is quite durable and sturdy.

The fingerprint scanner is located on the rear panel. This placement is familiar to many users. It is traditional for Huawei/Honor devices, for example.

Display

The screen specifications of the Galaxy A20s are as follows. The pixel density per inch is 264. There is automatic brightness adjustment. Corning Gorilla Glass 3 is used for protection.

Looking at the front of the Galaxy A20s, you notice that there are almost no bezels around the screen. The settings of the latter are described by many as ascetic. The user only gets night mode, zoom and some other standard options.

Performance

Samsung have relied on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 chipset, consisting of 8 Cortex A53 cores running at up to 1.8 GHz. The graphics accelerator is Adreno 506. The device is characterized by good performance, but there is a lot to be desired from the optimization.

On the market you will find two variants of the Galaxy A20s - with 3/32 GB of memory or 4/64 GB.

Cameras

The camera interface is typical of Samsung models. We have live focus, PRO mode, with the absence of the various augmented reality effects. The front camera is 8 MP (f/2.0) and the main camera consists of three modules - 13 M (f/1.8) PDAF + 8 MP (f/2.2) + 5 MP (depth sensor). The latter features an LED flash.

The wide-angle camera has an angle of 120 degrees, while the regular one has 77 degrees. With the Galaxy A20s in hand, you'll take reasonably good quality photos in sunny weather. Indoors, the footage is a little worse. For this segment of phones, the camera is good.

Autonomous operation

The Galaxy A20s packs a 4000 mAh battery. It supports fast charging and the user gets such a charger in the package. Do not expect wireless charging technology. Tests show that with continuous video viewing at maximum brightness, you may have 12 hours before recharging. Audio playback melts the charge after about 75 hours.

A full battery recharge requires 75-80 minutes.

Conclusion

The Samsung Galaxy A20s is a smartphone with a powerful battery and an almost professional main camera. The device is a worthy continuation of the A series of the South Korean manufacturer. Given its price - you will not regret if you buy it.
