Samsung Galaxy A22 Review

In the summer of 2021, South Korean company Samsung Electronics officially unveiled its new mid-range smartphones - the Galaxy A22 and Galaxy A22 5G. In addition to large Infinity-U and Infinity-V displays, they are available in several attractive colors. The Samsung A22 will win you over to its side with its nearly infinity screen, vivid picture colors and ergonomic design. What else it offers, read on in the next lines.

Design

The Samsung A22 is a model that has a contemporary shape. Its body is elongated, with graceful shapes and attractive colors. When you hold the device in your hand, it feels solid. You can operate it with ease. There are several body colors available for users: black, white, purple and mint green.

To the impressions at first glance, we must add the apt placement of the fingerprint scanner on the Samsung A22 page. With its 186 grams of weight, the device can be described as light. The back panel is made of plastic, as are the sides. The front is made of glass - to keep it sturdier for a long period of time, we recommend protecting it further.

Display

The Samsung A22 is a tempting model with a display diagonal of 6.4 inches. Made o Super AMOLED Infinity-U technology, it has HD+ resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The refresh rate is 90 hertz.

Performance

Underneath the rugged body of the smartphone lies a MediaTek Helio G80 chipset, which has an 8-core processor module. Samsung has opted for 2 Cortex-A75 cores clocked at 2 GHz and 6 Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 2 GHz. The ARM Mali-G52 2EEMC2 graphics processor is responsible for the good graphics impression. It is complemented by 4 or 6 GB of LPDDR4x RAM. The internal storage can be 64 or 128 GB. It is type eMMC 5.1. It can be expanded using a microSD memory card up to 256 GB.

With the help of fast processor and voluminous storage, Samsung A22 provides the user smooth and efficient operation of all applications. In addition to this, we must emphasize that the interface has become more convenient and simple. The smartphone goes with One UI Core 3.1 combined with Android 11 operating system. As a result, you will work with ease with different content and features on the phone. Switching from one app to another is quick and instantaneous. You can multitask on a single screen.

Cameras

The Samsung A22's photo capabilities are similar to those of its bigger "brother". Its main camera is a 48-megapixel camera with f/1.8 aperture. There is support for optical stabilization. An LED flash and three additional sensors are also present. The first is an 8-megapixel with an f/2.2 aperture. It is wide-angle. Next are two 2 MP sensors, one of which is responsible for depth measurement and the other is designed for macro shots. It has an aperture of f/2.4.

The front camera has a resolution of 13 MP at f/2.0 aperture. With it, you will take decent pictures both during the day and at night. It comes with an array of useful features and filters.

The quad rear camera further has artificial intelligence, thanks to which you can create quality shots with advanced technology. Thanks to the 48 MP main module, you'll enjoy smooth videos and impressively bright photos, even when shooting indoors.
The 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera will win you over with 123-degree-angle photos. You can literally fit the whole world in them!

Autonomous operation

The Samsung A22 is equipped with a 5000 mAh battery. This makes it an ideal choice for people with dynamic daily lives for whom constant data and photo sharing is a habit. The battery charge provides plenty of time for phone calls and games. According to the manufacturer's statement, its capacity is enough to feel relaxed for at least 24 hours. Fast charge recovery is the responsibility of 15W fast charging technology.

Conclusion

If you opt for the Samsung A22, be prepared to have fun all day long. The device comes with a memorable screen that won't let you go back to the smaller sized ones anymore. Picture quality and detail are guaranteed by the South Korean manufacturer. It should also be credited for its willingness to give maximum features even in the more budget models. Another reason of buying Samsung A22 give you the cameras and the excellent performance. To these we can't help but add the enviably large storage that you can fill with fantastic footage thanks to artificial intelligence.
